Half Pints Skateboards is a 16 and under focused Skateboard Company that listens to the product demands of tomorrows generation. We started HPS because of the need to build quality US made products for kids that wanted to take their skateboarding to the next level. We accomplished this through our first generation of products and by building a competitive team of all aged riders that would help us refine our designs.

Our first product was our mini deck that we shaped and designed around a little rippers board size needs. Creating a 7.25" wide deck as a beginner board was a little unheard of as most of our competition had been cranking out 7.0" decks and smaller which we believe fit younger rider more like toy version of a skateboard. We knew just by watching little grom’s trying to ride these toy-like designs that they needed something that better represented their smaller stance but still maintained the correct truck width from top to bottom. We still sell tons of these top quality mini decks for young riders ranging in age from 4 - 8 years of age and have heard nothing but great responses from the little rippers!

Going into 2009 we are stoked to announce some new product designs, new team riders and the same commitment to our love of skateboarding! HPS continues to sponsor team riders that not only represent the top level of their age group in ability but in grades as well! All of our team riders maintained a minimum 3.5 Grade Point Average and continue to excel in all aspects of skateboarding and of course learning what it takes to some day become a pro skateboarder.

Half Pint Skateboards is a proud sponsor of events that give focus to the exploding kid scene in skateboarding! HPS is in it's second year of sponsoring associations for kids like C.A.S.L. (California Amateur Skateboarding League) who have been relentlessly producing 20+ skateboard contest a year! We are also proud to once again be a top level sponsor of the King of the Grom's series out of Minnesota. With our team riders on board we hope to see you in a skate park soon!
